Join us this Spring in the Cooley Hall Teaching & Learning Garden, a new collaborative effort between TTL and Physical Plant focused on native plant species. Our vision for the garden includes opportunities for active learning and coming together as a community to learn about our beautiful Virginia natives.
During these monthly sessions, TTL will provide all needed supplies/equipment and light refreshments. Dates below marked with an asterisk * will involving digging in soil and handling plants, so you may wish to wear clothing and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
Wednesday, February 26: Seed starts *
Tuesday. March 25: Introduction to nature journaling
Monday. April 28: Planting *
